POLICIES/TERMS
- A 1 night deposit confirms the reservation. Balance is due 60 days before arrival. No Smoking/Pets Stays of less than 7 nights add cleaning fee. 4-nite Min Stay(10 days during holidays)
- Cancellation: 1 night deposit as admin fee for cancellations more than 60 days out else the entire fee. Pro rata refund (except admin fee) IF we are able to re rent the condo.
- Special rates available for 28 day stays or longer.
- Check out cleaning included, maid service available at additional charge.
- Minimum 7 night stay or cleaning fee will be added.
- Rates are per condominium, not per person.

Relax and watch TV from one of 3 televisions which are located in each room of the condo. Bring along your favorite movies as there is also a VCR to watch them on. |

We also have cable TV with over 72 channels including Nickelodeon, Lifetime, Food Channel, ESPN, ESPN2, Cartoon Network, FOX Sports West, TV Land, etc. |
High Speed Internet: |
We also have high speed internet access from the condo for those who cant live without their internet, but can't live with dial-ups. |
Telephones: |
There is excellent cell phone reception on the island but you also have local telephone access with you own message system and 2 wireless phone units. |

Relax poolside at one of the two pools and enjoy the warm Maui sun. |
